Why I love PEM at Brown: There is such a breadth of experience at Brown across the attendings, APPs, pharmacists, RNs, and behavior specialists. The dedication to the patients here is clear from the minute you walk in the door. I learn something new every shift and people go out of their way to make sure that happens, which I so appreciate as a fellow who is supervising other learners.
Why I love Rhode Island: It's the perfect mix of city life with small town living. Affordable and easy to get around with an amazing food scene, beautiful running and biking trails and great beaches!
